Thunderstorm warning raised over Tarlac, Batangas

PAGASA on Wednesday warned of moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds over Tarlac and Batangas within the next two hours.

In an advisory, the weather agency said that the above conditions are currently being experienced in Carranglan in Nueva Ecija; Botolan, Cabangan, and Iba in Zambales; General Luna and Catanauan in Quezon; and Santa Maria in Bulacan.

The weather conditions may persist within two hours and affect nearby areas.

"All are advised to take precautionary measures against impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides," PAGASA said.
