ITCZ to bring scattered rains over Mindanao
The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), the area where winds from the northern and southern hemisphere meet, continues to affect Mindanao and will bring rains on Monday, PAGASA said in its early morning forecast.
Cloudy skies and scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are to be expected over Zamboanga Peninsula, BARMM, SOCCSKSARGEN and Davao Region due to the ITCZ.
Flash floods or landslides may occur during times of moderate or heavy rainfall.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers in the afternoon or evening due to the ITCZ and localized thunderstorms, with the possibility of flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

- Olongapo: 25-33ºC
- Lipa: 25-33ºC
- Tagaytay: 22-30ºC
- Metro Manila: 25-34ºC
- Laoag: 25-33ºC
- Legazpi: 26-32ºC
- Metro Cebu: 26-32ºC
- Iloilo/Bacolod: 26-32ºC
- Tacloban: 26-31ºC
- Puerto Princesa: 25-32ºC
- Cagayan de Oro: 24-32ºC
- Valencia: 19-31ºC
- Metro Davao: 26-32ºC
- Zamboanga: 24-33ºC
No gale warning has been raised. Coastal waters will be slight to moderate throughout the country.
