Cloudy skies, scattered rains, thunderstorms in eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao due to the easterlies
The easterlies will be affecting the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao on Thursday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the easterlies. Flash floods or landslides may occur in these areas due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with the possibility of flash floods or landslides occurring during severe thunderstorms.
Luzon wind speed will be light to moderate moving in the southeast to southwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
In the Visayas and Mindanao, wind speed is light and moving in the east to variable direction while coastal waters will remain slight.
