Habagat to bring scattered rains over CALABARZON, six other areas
The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) is affecting Southern Luzon and Visayas on Sunday, bringing rains over several areas, PAGASA said in its early morning forecast.
CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, the Bicol Region, Western Visayas, Central Visayas, Zamboanga Peninsula and BARMM will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the monsoon.
Flash floods or landslides may occur during times of moderate to heavy rainfall.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.
Flash floods or landslides may also be possible during severe thunderstorms.

- Laoag: 25-33ºC
- Tuguegarao: 26-35ºC
- Baguio: 17-26ºC
- Olongapo: 25-33ºC
- Metro Manila: 26-33ºC
- Tagaytay: 22-31ºC
- Lipa: 25-32ºC
- Legazpi: 25-32ºC
- Iloilo/Bacolod: 25-31ºC
- Metro Cebu: 25-31ºC
- Tacloban: 25-32ºC
- Puerto Princesa: 25-31ºC
- Cagayan de Oro: 23-31ºC
- Zamboanga: 25-32ºC
- Metro Davao: 24-31ºC
- Valencia: 20-28ºC
No gale warning was raised. Coastal waters will be slight to moderate in the western sections of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, and the rest of the country. However, waters may be moderate to rough in the western sections of Mindoro and Palawan.
