Cloudy skies, scattered rains over Bicol Region, Nueva Ecija, Aurora, Quezon due to the Trough of the LPA
The Trough of a Low Pressure Area (LPA) will be affecting the eastern sections of Luzon and Visayas while the southwest monsoon affecting the rest of southern Luzon and parts of the Visayas on Saturday, PAGASA reported.
Bicol Region, Nueva Ecija, Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the Trough of the LPA with the possibility that flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides occurring during severe thunderstorms.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to southwest monsoon and localized thunderstorms with flash floods or landslides possibly occurring during severe thunderstorms.
Wind speed in the northern and eastern section of Luzon will be moderate moving in the northeast to northwest direction while coastal waters will be moderate.
Eastern Visayas will have light to moderate wind speed moving northwestward while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
For the rest of the country, wind speed will be light to moderate moving in the southwest to west direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
