Cagayan Valley to have rains from Northeast Monsoon
The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will bring cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley on Sunday, PAGASA said in its 4 a.m. weather forecast.
Floods or landslides may possibly occur due to the rains.
The Ilocos Region and Cordillera Administratrive Region are also being affected by the Northeast Monsoon. These areas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country meanwhile will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms. Floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.
Coastal waters will be moderate to rough in Northern Luzon, with waves reaching up to 4 meters.
The seas will also be moderate to rough in Central Luzon, with wave heights up to 2.8 meters.
Elsewhere in the country, coastal waters will be slight to moderate, with waves up to 2.1 meters.
