Amihan to bring light rain over northern Luzon
The Northeast Monsoon is expected to bring cloudy skies with light rains over the Ilocos Region, the Cordillera Administrative Region, and the Cagayan Valley, PAGASA said Tuesday.
In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency said localized thunderstorms may, meanwhile, bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
PAGASA warned affected residents of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The agency also said that the Easterlies, warm winds from the Pacific Ocean, are affecting the rest of the country.
