Amihan to bring cloudy skies, rain over Eastern Visayas, Surigao del Norte, Dinagat
The northeast monsoon or amihan will be affecting the country on Tuesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Eastern Visayas and the provinces of Surigao del Norte and Dinagat will have cloudy skies with rains brought about by the northeast monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides during moderate with at times heavy rains.
The rest of Visayas, rest of Caraga, Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, and the provinces of Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains Northeast Monsoon with no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to northeast monsoon with no significant impact.
Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate moving northeastward while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
