Amihan to bring rain to Cagayan Valley, CAR, Bicol, Aurora, Quezon —PAGASA


The Northeast Monsoon is expected to bring cloudy skies with rains over the Cagayan Valley, the Cordillera Administrative Region, the Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon, PAGASA announced Wednesday.

In its 24-hour forecast, the weather agency warned affected residents of possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate with, at times, heavy rains.

PAGASA said the monsoon may also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.

Meanwhile, the rest of the country may experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA said flash floods or landslides are possible due to severe thunderstorms.

The synoptic station at the Science Garden, Diliman, Quezon City also recorded a minimum temperature of 24.5°C at 6 a.m. and a maximum temperature of 32.2°C at 3 p.m. — Joahna Lei Casilao/BM, GMA News
