Amihan to bring cloudy skies, rains over Bicol Region
The northeast monsoon will be affecting Luzon on Thursday bringing cloudy skies and rains over the Bicol Region and other areas, PAGASA reported.
The bureau also warned that flash floods or landslides may occur in the region due to light to moderate with at times heavy rains.
Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains also due to the northeast monsoon but with no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought about by the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides due to severe thunderstorms.
Luzon will have moderate to strong wind speed moving in the northeast to east direction while coastal waters will remain moderate to rough.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
