Cloudy skies, isolated rains over the Philippines due to the easterlies

The easterlies will be affecting the country on Friday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms brought about by the easterlies with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for the entire country is light to moderate moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
