Metro Manila, rest of country to have cloudy skies, isolated rains due to easterlies

The easterlies or winds from the east will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country on Sunday, PAGASA said in its early morning forecast.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Coastal waters will be moderate to rough over the seaboards of Extreme Northern Luzon, with waves reaching as high as 2.8 meters.

Meanwhile, coastal waters over seaboards in the rest of the country will be slight to moderate.
