Cloudy skies, isolated rains over Metro Manila due to easterlies
Batanes and Babuyan Islands will experience cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeasterly surface windflow, PAGASA said Thursday afternoon.
In its 24-hour forecast, the weather bureau said the easterlies, meanwhile, will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
PAGASA advised affected residents to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Moreover, PAGASA said moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal water conditions will prevail over extreme Northern Luzon, while light to moderate winds and slight to moderate waters will be experienced over the rest of the country.
PAGASA said the sun will set at 6:08 p.m.—Ma. Angelica Garcia/LDF, GMA News
