Isolated rains over Cagayan Valley, Ilocos Region, CAR due to northeasterly surface windflow


The Northeasterly Surface Windflow will continue to affect Northern Luzon on Friday, PAGASA reported.

Cagayan Valley, Ilocos Region, and the Cordillera Administrative Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains brought about by the Northeasterly Surface Windflow with no significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Wind speed for northern Luzon will be moderate to strong moving northeastward with moderate to rough coastal waters.

Rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
