Easterlies to bring cloudy skies, isolated rains to NCR, rest of country

The easterlies will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the National Capital Region and the rest of the country on Monday, PAGASA said in its early morning forecast.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Coastal waters will be slight to moderate throughout the country.
