The National Capital Region and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms on Sunday due to the northeasterly wind flow and localized thunderstorms, PAGASA said in its weather forecast.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

The northeasterly wind flow is currently affecting Extreme Northern Luzon.

Coastal waters will be moderate to rough in Extreme Northern Luzon, with waves reaching up to 4 meters.

As for the rest of the country, coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
