Cloudy skies, light rains over Batanes, Babuyan Islands due to the northeasterly surface windflow
The northeasterly surface windflow will affecting parts of extreme northern Luzon on Tuesday but with no significant impact, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeasterly surface windflow no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the northeasterly surface windflow as well as localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Wind speed forecast for northern Luzon is moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
