Northeast Monsoon to bring rains over parts of the country —PAGASA
The Northeast Monsoon will bring cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Aurora, and Quezon, PAGASA said Tuesday.
In its daily weather bulletin, PAGASA advised affected residents to prepare for possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to, at times, heavy rains.
Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will prevail over the Ilocos Region and Cordillera Administrative Region due to the northeast monsoon.
Meanwhile, localized thunderstorms will bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.
Flash floods or landslides are also possible during severe thunderstorms, PAGASA added.
Further, moderate to strong wind and moderate to rough coastal water conditions will be experienced over Northern Luzon, while light to moderate winds and slight to moderate waters will prevail over the rest of the country. — Ma. Angelica Garcia/BM, GMA News
