Cloudy skies, isolated rains over parts of Luzon due to the northeast monsoon
The northeast monsoon will bring cloudy skies with isolated rains over parts of Luzon on Thursday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Caraga, Western and Central Visayas will have cloudy skies with rains brought about by the northeast monsoon but this will have no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.
The rest of Visayas and Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Wind speed forecast for northern Luzon will be moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
For the rest of Luzon, the wind speed forecast is light to moderate moving in the northeast to east direction with slight to moderate coastal waters.
Visayas and Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
