Shear line to bring cloudy skies, rains over CALABARZON, Bicol, eastern Visayas, Marinduque, Romblon
The shear line will be affecting southern Luzon on Saturday while the northeast monsoon will affect northern and central Luzon, according to PAGASA's early morning forecast.
CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Eastern Visayas, Marinduque, and Romblon will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms brought about by the shear line with possible flooding or landslides during moderate to heavy with at times intense rains.
Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Ifugao, Mt. Province, and Aurora will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.
The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for Luzon, Visayas, and the eastern section of Mindanao is moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The rest of Mindanao will experience light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
