Cloudy skies, scattered rains over Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao due to the northeast monsoon
The northeast monsoon will be affecting the entire country on Wednesday, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.
Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rains brought about by the northeast monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered moderate to at times heavy rains.
The Bicol Region, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, and Quezon will have cloudy skies with light rains also due to the northeast monsoon but with no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.
The wind speed forecast for the whole country is moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The sun will rise by 6:22 a.m. and set by 5:40 p.m. -- BAP, GMA News
