Amihan to bring cloudy skies, rains over Metro Manila, parts of Luzon
The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will bring cloudy skies and rains in parts of Batanes and Babuyan Islands, according to weather bureau PAGASA on Friday.
Based on its 4 p.m. weather forecast, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Cagayan Valley will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to Amihan.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for Luzon, eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao is moderate to strong, while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Meanwhile, the rest of the country will also experience light to moderate wind speed while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
