Amihan to bring cloudy skies, light rains over parts of Luzon, Visayas


Luzon and the Visayas to have cloudy skies and lights rains brought about by the northeast monsoon, PAGASA reported in its morning forecast.

Batanes and Cagayan including Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with light rains brought about by the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.

Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and Visayas will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to northeast monsoon with no significant impact.

Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers brought about by localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Northern Luzon will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

Visayas and the rest of Luzon will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

Wind speed forecast in Mindanao is light to moderate moving northeastward with slight to moderate coastal waters.
