Shear line to bring rains over Eastern, Central Visayas, Caraga

The shear line will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over Eastern Visayas, Central Visayas, and Caraga, state weather bureau PAGASA said Tuesday.

The rest of Mindanao will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers while the Northeast Monsoon will bring isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of the country, PAGASA said in its 24-hour weather forecast.

Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
