LPA to bring cloudy skies, scattered rains over Bicol, Visayas, Mindanao
The Bicol Region, Visayas and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms on Tuesday due to a Low Pressure Area (LPA), according to PAGASA.
As of 3 a.m. on Tuesday, the LPA was estimated to be located in the vicinity of Talacogon, Agusan del Sur, PAGASA said.
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.
Northern Luzon and the eastern section of central and southern Luzon will experience moderate to strong wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
The wind speed forecast in the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao is moderate to strong moving in the southeast to east direction while coastal waters will remain moderate.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving northeastward while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
