Frontal system to bring scattered rain showers over Aurora, Quezon, Bicol

Aurora, Quezon Province and the Bicol Region will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms on Monday due to a frontal system, PAGASA said in its weather forecast.

These areas may also have flash floods or landslides during times of moderate to heavy rains.

Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan).

Metro Manila and the rest Luzon, also affected by the Northeast Monsoon, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

The rest of the country meanwhile will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms. Flash floods or landslides may result from severe thunderstorms.

Coastal waters will be moderate to rough in the seaboards of Northern and Central Luzon, with waves possibly reaching up to 4 meters high.

The seas will be slight to moderate in the rest of the country.
