The Ilocos Region and Cordillera Administrative Region meanwhile will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country on the other hand will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms. Flash floods or landslides may result during severe thunderstorms.
Coastal waters will be moderate to rough in the seaboards of Northern Luzon, with waves reaching up to 4 meters.
The seas will also be moderate to rough in the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, of Visayas, and of Mindanao. Waves may reach up to 2.8 meters.
