Amihan to bring cloudy skies with rain to parts of Luzon —PAGASA


The Northeast Monsoon or Amihan will bring cloudy skies with rain over parts of northern and Central Luzon, according to PAGASA on Wednesday.

According to PAGASA's 4 p.m. weather forecast, Cagayan Valley and Cordillera Administrative Region will experience cloudy skies with rains due to Amihan.

PAGASA advised for possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to at times heavy rains.

Ilocos Region and Central Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by Amihan.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for Northern Luzon and eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao is moderate to strong while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
