Easterlies to bring cloudy skies, scattered rains over NCR

The easterlies will bring cloudy skies, isolated rains or thunderstorms to several areas in southern Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

The whole country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
