Cloudy skies, light rains over CAR, Cagayan due to northeasterly surface windflow


The northeasterly surface windflow will bring cloudy skies and light rains over parts of northern Luzon, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Cordillera Administrative Region and Cagayan Valley will have cloudy skies with light rains brought about by the northeasterly surface windflow with no significant impact.

The Ilocos Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains also due to the northeasterly surface windflow with no significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Northern Luzon will experience moderate to strong moving northeastward while coastal waters will be moderate to strong.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
