Metro Manila, rest of country will have cloudy skies, isolated rains due to easterlies, localized thunderstorms


The effects of the easterlies will be felt in many parts of the country, PAGASA reported in its early morning forecast.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms brought about by the easterlies / localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Extreme northern Luzon will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to southeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will remain slight to moderate.
