Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with rains and possible flash floods or landslides due to the frontal system.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to easterlies and localized thunderstorms.
