ITCZ to bring cloudy skies, scattered rain showers over Mindanao

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) is affecting Mindanao on Monday and will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over the area, PAGASA said in its weather forecast.

Flash floods or landslides may result during times of moderate to heavy rains.

The easterlies meanwhile are affecting the rest of the country.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Flash floods or landslides may occur during severe thunderstorms.

Coastal waters will be slight to moderate throughout the country.

Sunrise will be at 5:30 a.m. while sunset will be at 6:15 p.m. —KG, GMA News
