ITCZ to affect parts of Mindanao —PAGASA
The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will be affecting parts of Mindanao, the state weather bureau PAGASA said on Wednesday.
Based on PAGASA’s 4 p.m. weather forecast, Caraga, Davao Region, BARMM, and SOCCSKSARGEN will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to, at times, heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by easterlies or localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The rest of the country will experience a light to moderate wind speed forecast, while coastal water conditions will be slight to moderate.
The sun will rise at 5:29 a.m. on Thursday.—Richa Noriega/AOL, GMA News
