Southwest monsoon to bring cloudy skies, scattered rain showers over Palawan
The southwest monsoon will be affecting the western section of Luzon on Tuesday, PAGASA reported.
Palawan will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms brought about by the southwest monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The wind speed forecast for the western section of Luzon is moderate to strong moving in the southwest to south direction while coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
Extreme northern Luzon will experience moderate wind speed moving southward while coastal waters will be moderate.
The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the southeast to south direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
