Northeast Monsoon, Easterlies to bring rains in parts of PH


The Northeast Monsoon is affecting parts of Extreme Northern Luzon while the Easterlies are affecting the rest of the country, according to PAGASA on Tuesday.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will be felt over Batanes and Babuyan Islands because of the Northeast Monsoon, while the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur as a result of these weather conditions.

Meanwhile, the northern section of Northern Luzon and the eastern section of the country will be experiencing moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters, while the rest of the country is forecast to have light to moderate winds with slight to moderate waters.
