PAGASA: Amihan, Easterlies to bring cloudy skies over PH


The Northeast Monsoon will bring rain to Northern and Central Luzon, while the Easterlies will affect the rest of the country on Thursday, according to PAGASA.
 

According to PAGASA’s daily weather report, the Northeast Monsoon will cast cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Mountain Province, Ifugao, Aurora, and Quezon, while Ilocos Region, the rest of Central Luzon, and the rest of Cordillera Administrative Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms as a result of the Easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the forecast for Northern Luzon is moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters, while the rest of the country will experience light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
