Amihan, Easterlies to bring rain showers over PH


The Northeast Monsoon will continue to bring sporadic rains in significant parts of Luzon while the Easterlies will affect the rest of the country.

According to PAGASA’s daily weather report on Thursday, the Amihan will cause cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Aurora, Quezon, and Camarines Norte, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the rest of Luzon.

The combined effects of the Easterlies and localized thunderstorms may bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms over Visayas and Mindanao.

Meanwhile, Northern Luzon may experience strong winds with rough waters, while the rest of Luzon will be having moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters.

The forecast for the rest of the country are light to moderate winds with slight to moderate waters.
