Amihan, Easterlies to bring light rains across PH
State weather bureau PAGASA said the Northeast Monsoon will bring isolated light rains over Northern Luzon while Easterlies will affect the eastern section of the country.
Based on the 4 p.m. weather forecast, Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains caused by the Northeast Monsoon.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country, meanwhile, will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by the Easterlies.
PAGASA warned of possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Wind forecast and coastal water conditions
The eastern sections of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience moderate to strong wind moving East to Northeast while the coastal waters will be moderate to rough.
In Northern Luzon, the wind speed will be moderate moving East to Southeast while the coastal waters will be moderate.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds moving East to Northeast and slight to moderate coastal waters.
The sun will set over Metro Manila at 6:24 p.m. and expect sunrise by 5:56 a.m. on Monday.—RF, GMA Integrated News
