Easterlies, amihan to bring isolated rains over parts of PH

The easterlies, northeast monsoon (amihan) will bring cloudy skies with isolated rains over parts of the country on Thursday, PAGASA reported.

Batanes will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies and localized thunderstorms with the possibility that flash floods or landslides occurring during severe thunderstorms.

The wind speed forecast for Northern Luzon is moderate moving northeastward with moderate coastal waters.

The rest of the country will experience light to moderate wind speed moving in the east to northeast direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate.
