Cloudy skies, rain showers over parts of PH due to easterlies, shear line

The country will continue to see cloudy skies because of the easterlies and the shear line.

According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Saturday, Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms caused by the shear line.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms, meanwhile, may be experienced by the rest of the country because of the easterlies.

Possible flash floods or landslides may occur in some places due to the said weather conditions.

PAGASA also said that light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters may be felt over the Philippines.
