Southwest monsoon brings rainy skies to western sections of Luzon, Visayas
The western sections of Luzon and Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to southwest monsoon, state weather bureau PAGASA said Wednesday.
In its 24-hour public weather forecast, PAGASA said the affected areas are Metro Manila, Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Bulacan, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and Western Visayas
Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may be observed over the rest of the country due to localized thunderstorms.
PAGASA warned the public against possible flash floods and landslides.
Light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters may be felt over parts of the Philippines.
