Habagat to bring cloudy skies, rains over parts of Luzon, Visayas

The Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) will continue to bring cloudy skies and rains over parts of Luzon and Western Visayas.

According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Thursday afternoon, the Habagat will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Ilocos Region, Zambales, and Bataan, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila, the rest of Luzon, and Western Visayas.

The rest of the country will see partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms caused by localized thunderstorms.

The Philippines will feel light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
