Habagat to bring cloudy skies, scattered rain over extreme N. Luzon
The southwest monsoon or habagat will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain over extreme Northern Luzon, PAGASA reported.
Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to the southwest monsoon with possible flash floods or landslides occurring due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
The whole country will exprience light to moderate wind speed moving in the southeast to southwest direction while coastal waters will be slight to moderate / (0.6 to 2.1 meters).
