Cloudy skies expected over N. Luzon – PAGASA

The Northeasterly Windflow will be bringing cloudy skies over parts of extreme Northern Luzon.

According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Wednesday afternoon, the Northeasterly Windflow will cause partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains in Batanes and Babuyan Islands.

Meanwhile, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms may be expected over the rest of the country caused by localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA also said that the whole Philippines will be seeing light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.

Sunrise in Metro Manila will be at 5:47 a.m. on Thursday.
