Multiple weather systems to cause cloudy skies, rains over parts of PH
Multiple weather systems will bring cloudy skies with scattered rains over parts of the Philippines.
According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Tuesday afternoon, the Shear Line will cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms over Visayas and Dinagat Islands, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in Palawan.
Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms may be observed over the rest of Mindanao due to the easterlies.
The Northeast Monsoon will bring cloudy skies with rains over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora, and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon.
Possible flash floods or landslides may occur in some areas as a result of said weather conditions.
Meanwhile, strong to gale-force winds with rough to very rough waters may occur in Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Central Luzon, while moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters may be observed over the western section of Central Luzon and the eastern sections of Southern Luzon and Visayas.
The rest of the country will see light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.
