3 weather systems to bring cloudy skies, rains across country
Cloudy and rainy conditions will prevail over most parts of the country in the next 24 hours, according to PAGASA's early Saturday morning weather forecast.
Visayas, Bicol Region, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and Aurora will see cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms because of the shear line.
The Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) will bring cloudy skies with rains over Metro Manila, Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, and the rest of Central Luzon, as well as partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the rest of Luzon.
Mindanao will be impacted by the easterlies, which also bring clouds and rains.
Strong to gale-force winds and rough to very rough coastal waters will be experienced in Northern Luzon and the eastern section of Central Luzon.
Visayas, the eastern section of Southern Luzon, and the western section of Central Luzon will expect moderate to strong winds and moderate to rough coastal waters.
The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
