Easterlies to bring cloudy skies across PH

Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by the easterlies with PAGASA issuing a warned of the possible occurrence of flash floods or landslides due to moderate to, at times, heavy rains.

Meanwhile, the easterlies will also cause Metro Manila and the rest of the country to experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms are expected.

Wind speed

The eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao will have moderate to strong wind while the coastal waters will be slight to moderate.

The rest of the country will have light to moderate wind moving East to Northeast and slight to moderate coastal waters.
