LPA near Palawan to bring rains in parts of PH
A Low Pressure Area (LPA) near the coastal waters of Cuyo, Palawan is expected to bring rains in parts of the country.
According to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Saturday afternoon, the LPA may cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Metro Manila, Visayas, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and the Bicol Region.
Meanwhile, the Northeasterly Windflow may bring cloudy skies with rains over the Babuyan Islands.
The easterlies may also cause cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms over Mindanao and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over the rest of the country.
Possible flash floods or landslides may occur in some areas as a result of said weather conditions.
Moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters is expected over Northern Luzon.
The rest of the country will feel light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.
Temperatures in the country will range from a minimum of 25.5°C to a maximum of 31.7°C over the next 24-hour period.
