Frontal system, easterlies to bring cloudy skies, rains over parts of PH
The Frontal System will be affecting the eastern section of Northern Luzon while the easterlies will bring cloudy skies with isolated rains over the rest of the country, according to PAGASA’s daily weather forecast on Tuesday afternoon.
Mainland Cagayan, Isabela, and Apayao will have cloudy skies with rains due to the Frontal System with the possibility that flash floods or landslides will occur due to moderate to at times heavy rains.
Batanes and Babuyan Islands will have cloudy skies with light rains due to the northeasterly windflow but this will have no significant impact.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to the easterlies with flash floods or landslides possibly occurring during severe thunderstorms.
Meanwhile, moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough waters may be felt over Northern Luzon.
The rest of the country will be having light to moderate winds with slight to moderate coastal waters.
Temperatures in the country will range from a minimum of 24.5°C to a maximum of 32.9°C over the next 24-hour period.
